 great book January 6, 2009
geting used to the writing style of Peretti takes a few pages, but once I did, I could not put the book down.
This is not the first time I read this book. I originally read these books when they first came out and I was in college. I started the first chapter thinking I'd finish them after finals. It didn't work. I read the first one all the way through.
I should have studied... but it turned out OK- I got good grades :-)

Intense, convicting, stark yet uplifting. This three pack is from one of the most prolific Christian writers around. Peretti weaves these tales masterfully and I can honestly say I've never read a story that was so action-packed yet so morally-sound all at once.
Peretti proves you don't have to have a lot of unnecessary violence and sex to tell a good story. He proves that THE FAITHFUL struggle between good and evil makes for the ultimate story.....
As soon as I make a dent in the rest of my reading list, this three pack is going right on the top of my "to be read AGAIN..." list!

This was a very interesting novel based on forces of Good and Evil in spiritual conflict regarding Christianity vs A Universal Mind concept of humanity. Am now reading the second of the three in the series. Shows the struggle for power over humanity and the future of the human race.
