Product Description
When his cover is blown and his wife is kidnapped in Jerusalem, Lt Col Peter Newman realises he may have to pay a catastrophic price for his participation in a secret government mission to uncover Iraqi nuclear weapons. Newman has always been willing to put his life on the line for his country. As concern that Iraq may already possess nuclear weapons grows, he once again puts America first and agrees to undertake a clandestine mission to uncover the weapons. But when his cover is blown and his wife is kidnapped in Jerusalem, Newman discovers that his courage has put more than just his own life at risk. Matters become even more complicated when Israel discovers that Iraq has nukes, and plans a pre?emptive strike on Baghdad with Jericho missiles ? an event that could have unprecedented consequences. Newman is the only man who knows all of the pieces to the puzzle, and the only one experienced and brave enough to prevent full?scale nuclear war. But as time ticks away, will he be able to both save his wife and prevent Armageddon, or will he have to make a terrible choice?

The Jericho Sanction by Oliver North July 20, 2007 I found the book to be very interesting. I was nice to read an espionage book without any unsavory language.
Surprisingly better than the first June 14, 2007 No need to expand on the plot of the book, it's a good novel, suspenseful and interesting. I read the book in a day and a half, because I couldn't put it down.
The Jericho Sanction by Oliver North January 9, 2007 This book was an excellent read. I read it over Christmas break and couldn't put it down. I was finding excuses to hide from the family so I could see what happened next.
A Fantastic and Educational Thrill Ride December 27, 2006 Combine Oliver North's deep knowledge of the inner workings and politics of the U.S. Military and foreign affairs with Joe Mussers careful crafting of words and you get a first-rate thrill ride.
Jericho Sanction is a worthy sequel to Mission Compromised. Actually, it improves upon the first effort. I love North's passion, patriotism, and faith, born out, real-time on the secret battlefields of the Middle East.
I loved Jericho sanction and could hardly put it down. I learned a lot about international affairs, pre-9/11, pre-Iraq War.
This is a one-night read that will leave you in a cold sweat.
